1.  Clerical errors whether made verbally or in writing are subject to correction either by increase or reduction in price to correct the error.

2.  Date and time for delivery is given as accurately as possible should there be any delay in delivery of the goods by reason of strkies, breakdown of vehicles or machinery or any other causes, the time of delivery shall be extended accordingly.

3.  We reserve the right to make minor changes to published specifications or improve the designs of any products which we consider necessary without notice.

4.  The supplier shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy in any drawing or specification supplied by the purchaser.

5.  Any works that are required in addition to those agreed will be charged at our standard rate per hour currently £35 + V.A.T.

6.  Kindly note we are only able to offer an on site erection service if unrestricted access is not more that 20 metres from delivery point.

7.  The customer is responsible for securing any buildings against high wind and storm damage.

8.  The purchaser shall inspect the goods upon delivery as no allowance in respect of loss, damage or faulty workmanship shall be granted unless notified in writing within seven days of purchase.

9.  The purchaser shall be responsible for the return of any goods in the event of any and all claims together with your rights of cancellation within seven days of delivery.  Returns to be sent to:

10.  All timbers used are of top quality, we select sound timbers during manufacture of all buildings.  However, we cannot accept responsibility for natural timber shrinkage, cracking, warping or the like.  All timber dimensions given are approximate and may vary.

11.  Goods remain the property of Lifestyles UK LTD until paid for in full.

12.  Any alterations or additions made in any way by the purchaser to the goods delivered shall render any and all claims null and void.

13.  Your right to cancel.  The purchaser shall have the right to cancel the order / agreement within seven days of delivery in writing stating the reasons for cancellation. 

14. Please note that the assembly site needs to be reasonably level ,and within 20mtrs distance of the kerb edge. If there are difficulties please make us aware at point of ordering.
